How we check the offers on this site
This page explains where every number on our guide to small-deposit casinos comes from, what we do to keep it current, and the things we don't do.
What we don't do
We don't deposit money at the casinos we list, and we don't withdraw any. So you won't find "we cashed out in X hours" anywhere on this site. Payout times, minimums and fees on the main page are what the casinos publish in their own banking and FAQ pages. They are the casino's promise, not our stopwatch.
We also don't invent wagering figures. When the only source for a number is a comparison site, we say so next to it.
Where the information comes from
Our first stop is always the casino itself: its homepage, its promotions page and its banking or FAQ section. The October 2026 round was read from a desktop browser on October 19, 2026.
Some Canadian-facing casinos refuse to load for visitors outside Canada. When that happened, we opened the most recent Internet Archive (Wayback Machine) copy of the casino's own page and noted the date of that copy beside the offer. Lucky Nugget's homepage, for instance, comes from an archived copy dated October 11, 2026, and its payments page from a May 2026 copy. Archived copies can lag, so the date is always shown.
In one case the offer only appears on a comparison site. Casino Classic's 40 chances for a dollar is listed by Gambling.com (updated October 5, 2026), while the version of the casino's site we could open showed a match bonus. That offer is marked with an asterisk and isn't ranked as a confirmed C$1 deal.
When sources contradict each other, we print both. Lucky Nugget's banner says C$1 and its own payments table says C$5 for most methods. You'll see both figures on the main page.
Screenshots
The homepage screenshots on the main page show the casinos' real sites, either live or from the archived copy we used. We don't mock up or edit offers in them.
How the list is ordered
The list is sorted by the smallest first deposit that gets you something. A C$1 offer sits above a C$5 offer, which sits above C$10, and so on. Bonus size doesn't move a casino up.
Within the same deposit tier, our partner casinos may be listed first. Right now those are KatsuBet, 7Bit and Mirax. We may be paid when readers sign up through their links. That is how the site pays for itself, and it's the reason we tell you about it here and on the main page.
Keeping it current
Offers are re-checked every month. The "checked" date on the main page changes only when someone has actually gone back to the source and read it again; we don't bump the date to make a page look fresh.
Offers change more often than most guides admit. Several casinos this site once listed with free spins for a dollar now ask for C$10 or more:
- Spin Casino used to be listed with 70 free spins for $1.
- Ruby Fortune was listed with 40 free spins for $1.
- Gaming Club was listed with 30 free spins for $1.
- Grizzly's Quest went from 40 free spins for $1 to a $20 minimum per deposit.
What you should still check yourself
Casinos can show different offers by region, and terms change between our monthly checks. Before you deposit, read the bonus terms on the casino's own site, confirm the minimum for your payment method in the cashier, and look for any cap on winnings from free spins. If the casino's page says something different from ours, the casino's page wins.
